We highly recommend Ana and Joshua to assist with such a sale. Ana and Joshua swiftly and appropriately appraised our mother’s home, arranged for necessary repairs and coordinated the removal of surplus items she and her husband were unable to take with them to their assisted living facility. Ana and Joshua were particularly adroit in handling all the paper work and working with an elderly couple with a variety of physical infirmities. Their patience never waned. Ana kept my sister and me fully informed while recognizing that my mother and her husband were her clients. While Ana and Joshua were extremely professional, they treated my mother as a friend and made what could have been a very negative emotional experience quite pleasant. We are very grateful for everything they did for us.
